    Spring Break offers a special treat to locals and tourists alike with the 54th Annual San Antonio Folk Dance Festival. (SAFDF). This year’s SAFDF concert will include West African, Mexican, Slovakian, Philipine, Peruvian, Hungarian presentations and more! Every one meant to celebrate diversity! Experience world class performances by the award winning Louisiana’s Komenka Ethnic Dance Ensemble. And local favorites include: Karilagan Philipine, Fandango, Wongai Dance and Drum and Austin’s Csárdás Hungarian Dancers and still more.

    This colorful performance is to take place all under one roof on Saturday March 17th, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at the Thiry Auditorium of Our Lady of the Lake University at W. Commerce. Free parking is available.

        Tickets:

        The SAFDF Concert is $5 general admission online by 3-11-2012, at safdf.org. Tickets can be purchased at the theater ticket booth one hour prior to the performance for $7. Youth ages 6 and under attend for free.
